WFSW | Roasted Chicken & Veggies


Preheat oven to 400. You need: two chicken breasts, chopped baby red potatoes, and carrots. Drizzle pan with oil, top with seasoning [Epicure spinach dip, SPG] and butter. Toss in oven for approx. 50min.


Trip asparagus and place in [Epicure rectangle] steamer. Top with butter, garlic, and [Epicure] SPG. Microwave x5min when chicken is nearly cooked.
